Professional periodic inspections save you money and problems. Often plants will tell us when something is wrong.
Although they tell us they are not thriving, they don't always tell us what is wrong. A site evaluation could reveal the causes; our trained eyes often spot the first things that ultimately lead to failure.
Seeing that a problem is occurring or observing deficiencies doesn't provide the answer as to what is happening or why it is happening. We conduct in depth evaluation of any roof problems from design specifications to installation to determine the root cause of the issue.
We perform an onsite evaluation looking at the materials used, and how they were applied. We also perform a desktop analysis of the specifications and contracts to find things that could have led to the problem. Our evaluation includes:
